[OOC]
Backtagging: Absolutely!
Threadhopping: Generally fine, as long as it doesn't get obnoxious :'D
Fourthwalling: Go for it. She'd probably think it was fascinating.
Subjects to avoid: Prefer not to mess with graphic sexual content.
[IC]
Hugging this character: Sure!
Kissing this character: Well I mean if she seems okay with it then sure
Flirting with this character: Knock yourself out.
Fighting with this character: UH she probably wouldn't stand a chance, honestly, so she'd rather run than fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Cuts and bruises are fine. Talk to me first for anything that'd require medical attention.
Killing this character: Talk to me, but I'm open to the idea. Killing her in a dream is more likely to be okay than in real life, obvsly.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! They're free to notice that she's a little bit, like... "incomplete" or "not all here."
Other: If you're ever uncomfortable with anything Paprika's doing for any reason, let me know.
[DREAM STUFF]
Paprika's power allows her to enter and manipulate the dreams of others, with or without the dreamer's consent, in most cases. However, dream stuff will always be OOCly opt-in.
She usually keeps her alterations subtle, especially before she's familiar with the dreamer. I'd classify the amount of manipulation she can do on a scale:
1. No alteration at all, she just observes and doesn't show herself.
2. Paprika takes on an existing or at least believable role in the dream. She may interact with the dreamer, but tries to blend in with the setting.
3. Paprika appears in the dream as herself, interacts with the dreamer directly.
4. She makes minor alterations to the dream, usually to change the direction it's going, avert a particular outcome, etc.
5. She makes major alterations to the dream, for instance, changing the setting or characters completely. Usually she doesn't go this far unless she's actively trying to make the person realize they're dreaming, or shock them into waking up; in any case those are both likely results.
OKAY so now on to the actual permissions!

On the scale above, is there a level you don't want her to exceed? All scales welcome, direct away, dream conductor
Are they: a lucid dreamer? Nnnot exactly, but it's complicated. He hallucinates and dreams sometimes even when he's technically awake, but he doesn't seem to show awareness that what he's seeing is not happening. What happens in mindscape tends to read as valid at the time with very rare exception. His dreams are fucked up and usually end up with him falling apart or away from things in some way; if he could get out of these or make them less real you bet he would.
telepathic? Yes. Very yes.
equipped with mental defenses or traps? Sort of! He's been trained to distance himself in a maze of sorts, but he doesn't tend to have that going passively or when he's unaware.
Do you want your character to have side effects? He comes pre-loaded with side effects galore/sliding sanity for your convenience!
Any kinds of content I should avoid? I can't think of any!
